Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our laser-engraved products, all sales of personalized items are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized, stock items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at help@lvnlaser.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
